Istanbul is the only city on two continents — a living museum where Byzantine mosaics, Ottoman palaces and contemporary art districts sit side by side. Best time to visit Istanbul
April–May and September–October offer mild weather and manageable queues at major sites. Summer is busy but evenings on the Bosphorus are magical. Winter brings fewer tourists and lower hotel rates — ideal if you prefer museums over outdoor terraces. Ramadan and major holidays can shift restaurant hours; we adjust touring schedules accordingly on private trips.
